Am so sick of my body, anyone got a tip for a 70kg 13 year old, i don't have equipment, please help me find the right diet and workout routine, 5'1 btw
I have a problem, one or both of my arms become numb during barbell squat. I have done it on and off for 1.5 yrs, some days it doesn't happen. I cant seem to figure put the sweet spot which i know is the top of ur shoulder blades

I started using 5gr per day on the 21.06 and i am going on a vacation on the 13.07 its enough for loading phase for creatin to kick in but im going to be creatine free for two weeks . Is it going to affect my loading phase and do i need to go trought loading phase again after my vacation?

I have questions though. Should I add bench dips and lateral raises as well at this point for wider shoulders and bigger triceps? And if yes, to which work out should I add them to? Also, should I add some core exercises or anything else?

Used to use gloves and got roasted for it. But they tricked my brain into lifting harder. Realized what I needed were just wrist straps, changed the game for me.
